Chris Brown 'Super Nervous' at King Live, Defends Ticket Sales
Chris Brown feared appearing on Larry King Live shortly after pleading guilty to felony assault charges.
Speaking of the interview with MTV during the forthcoming special "Chris Brown - The Interview,' Brown tells MTV personality Sway "I was so nervous. I was super nervous. I didn't know what to think [going in]."
"'Man, I'm going to get on here, and they're going to chew me up and everybody is just going to go in on me.' So I was more scared than anything," Brown went on to tell Sway in a preview clip early Friday.

But King and the public were not his only problem. According to Brown, he had spent a substantial amount of time being coached and trained.
Answering a question about preparedness, Brown tells MTV "[There's] really not too much preparing you can do. I did a lot of media training and a lot of stuff like that, and it kind of wasn't genuine to me. Everything I was saying was from my heart, but it was kind of controlled. 'Well, don't say it like this, because it will look like that.' "
Brown's interview with Sway airs Friday, November 6 at 6pm on MTV.
In related news, a spokesman for Chris Brown has come to his defense just hours after sources claimed that his 'Fan Appreciation Tour' is not selling out venues.
"Dates are expected to sell out," a rep told Eurweb. "...given the economic climate, ticket sales are doing very well."
Brown's 'Fan Appreciation Tour' is due to kick off November 14.
