‘Empire’ Star Jussie Smollett Is Coupled Up & We've Already Figured Out Who The Love Of His Life Is
Just like his character on the FOX hit series Empire, Jussie Smollett is officially off the market. Yup. The super private singer/actor has a new special someone!

“I’m in a relationship and I’m happy,” he smilingly dished, while recently chatting with Page Six.

Jussie’s latest love revelation may come as a surprise to some, but those who pay close attention to the star's personal life are likely already well aware that rumors about Jussie’s romantic status have been twirling for a minute already.

TooMuchHotTea
is reporting that he's in a relationship with businessman and philanthropist, Tawan Davis.

Tawan reportedly grew up Portland and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University, a Master’s degree in Sociology and Economics from Oxford University, England, and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Harvard Business School.

The entrepreneur was the first African American elected as student body president at his high school, president of student government at Georgetown and appointed as the first ever Chief Executive Officer for The Steinbridge Group of NYC.

Here's a previous video of Tawan Davis on MSNBC.

They have both been very protective of their relationship it seems but enjoy hanging out with their friends and family together.

Oh and if things don't work out between Jussie and his partner, there are plenty of people willing and waiting to take his place. Maybe Empire creator Lee Daniels

Incredibly philanthropic, Jussie is a board member of the RuJohn Foundation and also serves on the Board of Directors at The Black AIDS Institute.

The actor previously made quite a few important points about the importance of HIV prevention in this day and age.

“We get attached to these hashtags and it becomes this social media fad,” he said. “But it’s almost as if HIV/AIDS stopped being the thing to talk about before social media came around. We’ve gotta bring that back because we’re not done.”

“Getting tested, knowing your status, being responsible for yourself and other people is so important — being honest with yourself, number one, so you can be honest with everyone else,” he said.

“We have to remember that it’s not a death sentence. You can live with it and you can live a beautiful, wonderful life with it, but it’s also something that we can prevent,” he continued.

"I get tired of the idea of someone telling me what my truth is. I've said from the beginning of my journey: I do not hide who I am. I love who I love. No one is going to tell me that somehow that is going to be my disability."

"I am told so many times that I should not walk truly in my blackness. That I should not walk truly in my sexuality, I should not walk truly in who I am. I say thanks but no thanks, [expletive] you and goodbye. I honestly think that me being myself has actually helped my career move forward."

Y’all please join me in wishing my big brother from another mother @theterrencehoward a happy 49th birthday. This is a special year. Sending you nothing but love and respect Papa T. Love you so much old man. 👊🏿

"This is American culture. The fact of the matter is, there was Little Richard and Sylvester but there was also Rock Hudson. This idea of homophobia, this idea of hiding, of not being able to truly be who you really are, well I hate to tell my nation, but we are American culture."

Salad, money, weed... what are some greens that YOU need daily? 🤷🏾‍♂️ @tarajiphenson @empirefox 📸: @theterrencehoward
