Law & Disorder...DMX has reached a deal with prosecutors over the road rage incident at Kennedy Airport last year. In exchange for walking free, DMX will agree next month to take responsibility for the Jun. 24th incident and carry a misdemeanor on his record. He better thank his lucky crack rock that’s all he got! • The mother of Ray Charles' 16-year-old son appeared in court for a hearing on her request to have her child-support payments increased from $3,000 a month to $60,000. Damn her funky *ss to hell! His estate should subtract $36.00 bucks just for being greedy! • Naomi Campbell's former assistant told Britain's News of the World that Campbell bit her, headbutted her, and pulled her hair during a Nov. 9thdispute. She needs to get her *ss mashed off one good time and she’ll simmer down! • Robert "Black Rob" Moss was arrested for allegedly breaking into a woman's room at a hotel and stealing cash and jewelry, according to police. Damn, that some fiend sh*t! A security video caught Moss inspecting random doors at On The Ave Hotel around 4 a.m. Moss was apparently seen leaving the woman’s room with a pocketbook. Security guards viewed the tape once Renu Vermani, a cardiologist from Maryland, reported $6,000 in jewelry and $300 cash lost. Vermani told cops she had been sleeping in her room at the time of the theft and arose to find her possessions missing, according to reports.Police said Moss had no jewelry on him at the time of the arrest, but they allegedly convinced him to contact his friend and accomplice in the burglary, Damien Ashmeade, who then brought the stolen jewelry to the police station. Damn, I heard he was doing bad and looking mad dusty but this nicca is officially a bum!

Oh Really...A Queens couple connected with Kenneth McGriff, who laundered money through Murder Inc., face charges that they took part in the 2001 murder of Eric "E. Money Bags" Smith. Dennis Crosby, 38, and Nicole Brown, 42, of Queens were accused in a four count drug racketeering indictment with taking part in the killing of Smith, on a Queens street on July 16, 2001. Both Crosby and Brown were charged with conspiracy and actual involvement in the murder. Crosby, known as "Divine" on the street, also was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and heroin. The indictment doesn't detail the defendants’ alleged involvement in the homicide. But in a search warrant affidavit filed in court investigators claimed that confidential witnesses have stated that McGriff arranged for Smith to be murdered in retaliation for the killing of one of McGriff's people. According to the affidavit, Brown told a detective last year that Crosby had videotaped Smith. About three hours before Smith was gunned down Crosby told Brown to continue videotaping the victim, the affidavit stated. She also stated that while Crosby was in jail he had arranged to speak with McGriff through his girlfriend. Shorty sang a like a humming bird! "We don't think there is much substance to the allegation," McGriff's attorney Robert Simels said of the murder charges. Damn, it took them long enough! 50 dropped this bomb years ago!

Now that she's sober, a source tells In Touch that Whitney Houston wants another baby with Bobby Brown and has been working on making that a reality. "They thought they were successful a few times already," the insider revealed, "but they all turned out to be false alarms." The source added that Houston has been telling pals that if she isn't already pregnant, she will be soon. I’ll say this much, I saw Bobby perform live a few weeks back…And he actually did well!hidesOn a foul note: I wouldn’t touch Bobby with my momma’s puss ‘cause his genes are sick and that gap is vicious!

Gary Sheffield's wife DeLeon Richards posted a message on her official website shooting down the claims that she was in a sex video with R. Kelly and another woman. "The first thing I would like to say, I have never been involved in any acts concerning three people in my entire life nor would I ever," Richards said on the site.

According to The Mirror, Kanye West is planning on buying a home in London near Dame Dash's Chelsea residence. "Money is no object, as long as the place has the right vibe," an assistant to West revealed. "Not only does he love London, he also sees it as a good investment." Why not Mars? It’s empty, he can get all the awards he wants, and still have room for that slanted jug head!

Music World/Bizz Updates/Ventures...The Buzz: Universal has launched a newlabel devoted strictly to online sales. The new label, Universal Music Enterprises Digital, will take on unsigned acts with small but established followings and attempt to turn a profit by selling the music through online music stores such as iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody and MSN Music. The label won’t pay advances or pay for recording, but it will pay artists, who will own their masters, an estimated straight 25% royalty on sales. UMED will have an option to pick up big sellers to sell albums as CDs in stores. UMED’s promotion efforts include advertising, film and TV placement and online marketing. The Bizz:Jeff Burroughs was named Senior Vice President UrbanMarketing for Arista/J Records. Burroughs will oversee the marketing and artist development strategy for the label’s urban roster. • Sony BMG Distribution plans to close its branch offices in Washington, DC, and Boston. Some DC and Boston employees will keep their jobs. Sony BMG is also in the process of consolidating other branch office, which means about 175 jobs will be lost.

Upcoming Projects/TV Shows/Flicks Etc...Shows:Robin Quivers inked deal with Sony to host a daytime talk show next season. • NBC has cancelled LAX starring Blair Underwood and Heather Locklear. Flicks:Halle Berry will star in Revolution Studio's psychological thriller Perfect Stranger. Etc: Cam’ron and the Diplomats will headline "The Book of Hip-Hop Chapter One," a pay-per-view concert. The event, which airs Nov. 30th, will feature performances by Beanie Sigel, State Property featuring Peedi Crakk, Memphis Bleek and Paul Cain. The event will be held at the Apollo Theater and Doug E. Fresh will serve as the host. Proceeds from the concert will benefit L.E.A.D. National, a program that identifies exemplary high-school juniors from historically underserved and underrepresented communities.
