Sh*t, I got community service for 1 damn roach (If you don’t know what that is, ask your kids), so you know he’s getting 15 years to life! • A Detroit judge ordered the release of Rosa Parks mental-health records as part of her ongoing dispute with BMG and music distributors. The AP reports that the judge ordered the release of the documents at the request of the Detroit Free Press. The records should show whether Parks approved of the $5 billion suit filed on her behalf and could be released by next week. Rosa can’t remember the last time she pissed never mind this damn lawsuit! • Jimmy James Johnson, the cat that sucker-punched Dr. Dre during the Vibe Awards, pleaded innocent to an assault charge. If he get time, he can cancel the jerri kits and stock up on an*l ease! • A Manhattan appeals court ruling that Blackground Records (Aaliyah's label) cannot sue Instinct Productions, the production company that arranged the 2001 flight that left her and eight others dead. • Pharrell Williams is suing Reebok for more than $4 million, accusing the manufacturer of his Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) clothing line of breach-of-contract. Williams filed the lawsuit claiming that Reebok didn't produce clothing meeting BBC's standards and failed to distribute the clothing line to stores by an agreed-upon deadline. A spokesperson for Reebok said that the suit was unexpected and the company is trying to resolve the issue out of court. Rita Marley plans to exhume Bob Marley’s remains in Jamaica and rebury them in his "spiritual resting place," Ethiopia. The reburial is set for February when monthlong celebrations of Marley's 60th birth anniversary. Rita said Marley would be reburied in Shashemene, 155 miles south of Addis Ababa where several hundred Rastafarians have lived since they were given land by Ethiopia's last emperor, Haile Selassie.

A cross-dressing robber who appeared to resemble Whitney Houston robbed a Wachovia Bank in Atlanta. Surveillance cameras captured several images of the bandit, who wore a tan trench coat, black boots, and sunglasses. The robber, who witnesses said was a man, entered the bank through the lobby and approached the teller. He then produced a note that demanded money and specified that he had a weapon and would become violent if his demands were not met. The teller gave the robber a bag of money and he immediately left the bank. The robber was described as a black male, 6’2-6’4, between 160 and 175 pounds, with a slender build. He wore black pants, black gloves, and a white scarf over a long black wig. Whitney has enough issues without a robbing impersonator!
The Daily News reports that Naomi Campbell was telling pals last week that she and Usher are still an item. Campbell even said she'll be in LA later this month to pose with him at a cover shoot for Italy's L'Uomo Vogue. But Usher has personally nixed her involvement, according to a source. "Usher is scheduled to do the cover," his rep confirmed. "They offered it to him as a solo cover." Got milk, sheesh! Let it go already!
The Post reports that Fat Joe missed an interview with Stuff last month because "he was at the gym," a Stuff rep said. Joe explained to the mag: "Every day I work out. Every day for the last year. Just getting healthy, man, that's all. Just trying to enjoy what I worked so hard for." He also revealed that when he's on the road, his wife doesn't worry about groupies.
