All that extra face & brain space is just wasting away! Rosa Parks medical records were released and show that Parks has suffered from progressive dementia since 2002. The Detroit Free Press, quoted Rhea McCauley, Parks' niece and the family's spokesperson, saying, "I'm not a doctor, but I know, dementia or not, my Auntie would never, ever go to this length to hurt some young artists trying to make it in the world." Several family members told the paper they don't think Parks would have approved had she understood the suit. Well, Parks’ family needs to step in and shut this whole this down once and for all! Madonna hit Mary J. Blige, Dr. Dre, and Eve with copyright infringement. A publishing company claims that Blige's, "Not Today," too closely resembles Madonna's hit "Holiday." According to court documents, the company alleges that parts of "Not Today," includes several obvious instances of reproduction. The publishers of Madonna's song could receive at least $15 million if the case goes to trial and jurors determine that "Not Today" sounds notably similar to "Holiday.” Damn, that was more than obvious! Oh Really...Two bodyguards for Ja Rule are suspected of gunning down a pair of men after a party for Ja at LQ in Midtown, The Post reports. The shooting may have been revenge for the robbery of a brother of Ja Rule's homey Foxy Brown, police said. Security-camera tape seized after the shooting on Dec. 27th showed part of the action when Ja and his entourage emerged from theclub and two of his muscle peeled off and allegedly opened fire. When the smoke cleared, William "Willie Bang Bang" Clark was killed and Troy Moore was wounded. Police want to question Ja's bodyguards in connection with the shooting. They also want to quiz Ja, his driver and a young woman who was with him at the time of the slaying. "We think Ja Rule had to know what his people were about to do," one source said. Sources said rumors persisted in circles that Clark and Moore had ripped off one of Foxy Brown's two brothers in an incident that was never reported to police. So, Ja is the ‘go to’ man now, ya killin’ me! • In other Inc. headlines, Irv and Chris Gotti pleaded not guilty to charges of laundering more than $1 million in drug proceeds through, Murder Inc. The Gotti brothers were released after a $1 million bond was post for each. After the hearing, Irv Gotti made a brief statement. "I'm gonna give you guys one comment. I want to make it very crystal clear that I don't look [badly] at the government in any way, shape or form for them thinking I'm doing anything wrong. I call myself Gotti, I made my label Murder Inc., I grew up poor, from the street. But I don't look bad at them for thinking ill things of me. In no way have I done anything wrong except make great music that people seem to love. That's all I'm guilty of." The bond was secured through property that Irv and his parents own and live in. Restrictions were placed on the brothers' bail: They are prohibited from leaving the Tri-State area (of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) without giving prior notice to pretrial services; they may apply through their attorneys for permission to travel overseas. They must surrender their passports by Feb. 4th. Irv also must undergo random drug-testing evaluations and possible treatment; he is responsible for the cost of any treatment. Both must report once a week by phone to pretrial services. The Inc. is officially tumbling down!

And while invitations had already gone out, guests reportedly are being called and notified that the wedding has been canceled. A source tells Us Weekly, "[Kelly] said yes when he proposed and, after she thought about it, changed her mind." A rep for Rowland insists the wedding is still on, but the date has just been changed. An alternate date has yet to be announced but no reason has been given for the change. "God create me the way I am. Any issues you have with me, take them up with him." ? If he and I are ever face to face, I'm going to smack the sh** out of him." D*mn, Benzino is real salty, Em better run!

The dude that sparked the fight at the Vibe Awards told cops that Suge Knight paid him to sucker-punch Dr. Dre, to embarrass Dre, sources told The Post. Jimmy James Johnson, is facing a life sentence because he's a possible three-strike offender, told Santa Monica police that Knight gave him $5,000 and agreed to forgive a brother's financial debt in exchange for the punch. Johnson's defense lawyer Milton Grimes declined comment — although Grimes suggested his client has a reasonable excuse for his role in the Nov. 15 melee. "We will have that explanation [for the punch] in court," Grimes said. Johnson is still recovering from a collapsed lung, Grimes added. Knight's lawyer David Chesnoff flatly rejected any suggestions that his client wanted Dr. Dre attacked. "There is absolutely no truth to it. I am so confident that there is no issue," said Chesnoff, adding that investigators have not even asked to interview his paroled client Knight. And there you have it folks!

Blast Off...(Readers Emails) Girl, my man and I went to Chi Town for my b’day and we went to this club called The FunkyBuddha Lounge. It is a very popular spot. Well, we got there and supposedly the place was packed and they could not let anyone in, so all of us people were standing OUTSIDE in Minus 5-Degree temperature. No JOKE it was really -5 degrees. OK That was the first problem, secondly the club was closing in 1 hour, so why not just let the people in. Lastly - if the club was so packed why were they letting in hoards of white people and leaving the blacks outside. Personally I told the clown at the door that we came from NY and that I was coming for Bottle Service (which was true) and he acted like he was going to let us in, but still let 15 white people walk up and walk in...but I thought the club was at capacity and no one else could enter. Maybe he should have said NO MORE BLACKS CAN ENTER!! So once my boyfriend spazzed out and called the promoter an Uncle Tom Ass B*tch House N*gger we left and went elsewhere. I would have thought that Chicago would have had more class than that, but what do I expect from the land of pedophiles and imaginary gun seeing clowns! Welp, it’s official, The Funky Buddha Lounge, has been blasted, and that’s never good for business! What’s really good Chi-Town?

Why isn’t Johnny Carson’s biracial granddaughter making media headlines?

Usher even tried to hit on Halle Berry at the InStyle party. Why hasn’t anyone kicked his flaky *ss yet? His security can’t be that tight! Simon Cowell recently expressed his feelings about Beyonce to Esquire. "I find the whole Beyonce thing really mystifying," Cowell says. "She's not sexy, she hasn't got a great body and she's not a great singer." Anywho, I received this email from Urbanflavorz: On Friday night, WKYS' Xzulu "The Big Lipped Bandit" was punched and kicked by Interscope recording artist The Game and by manager Jimmy Henchmen inside the radio station in suburban Maryland. The incident allegedly stemmed from an off-color comment the radio personality made to Henchmen about his wireless earpiece. This was the first official non-gangsta move of  2005! As Xzulu and a friend entered the lobby, he was approached by Henchmen and his entourage. Words were exchanged and without warning, Henchmen struck Xzulu in the face and a scuffle ensued. The entourage consisted of approximately 5-10 men, all of whom landed punches or kicks on the radio personality. The men were separated and Xzulu was taken to another part of the building. Eyewitness accounts say that the Game gained access to where Xzulu was, walked up to him and also threw punches. Xzulu was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was treated for cuts, bruises, and internal injuries. While Prince George's County police detectives were on the scene, they were unable to make any arrests as the suspects quickly left the premises before police arrived. Police say they are looking for all parties involved. 5-10 cats on one dude, what are they 13 year old girls? Neil Sean of Sky News reports that Usher plans on working with Prince on his next album.
