Oh Really...The Post reports that Al Reynolds stayed away from other women while out partying with without fiancee, Star Jones, who was in Dallas with "The View" — but he wasn't alone. Reynolds went to a gay-friendly Halloween bash at Belluno (NYC). "Al was there as a male stripper," said our spy. "He had on a tiny, tiny speedo with a white bathrobe over it — he has great abs! He was there with some friends who were dressed as King Tut, a leatherman, a cop, a cowboy and a pirate — they were all clearly gay. Some of them he knew from before Star, but he was getting to know the others." Reynolds introduced himself to our spy, who mistook him for Jones' makeup man. Reynolds quickly corrected him and said, "No. I'm marrying her." One of Reynolds' entourage added: "And he's very scared." The speedo is a holdover from last year's Halloween party, where Reynolds wore it as part of his Bam Bam costume. Jones' rep sent us a statement saying: "Star and Al are happily planning their wedding, which is less than a month away, and don't plan to entertain anything that would rob them of their joy." The Daily News reports that a videotape is being shopped that purportedly shows a 19-year-old Usher having sex with two women, who were introduced to him by a club owner where he performed. The source, who has seen the complete tape, says, "There's no doubt it's Usher. You can see him hamming for the camera." As usual! According to a source who saw the tape, the then-up-and-coming singer was introduced to the two women by the owner of a club where he performed. "The club owner wanted to show his gratitude," the source says. "So he hooked him up with these ladies." A portion of the tape, shows a naked woman moaning, "Ush," while "Waterfalls" played in the background. A spokeswoman for Usher had no immediate comment.Boy, some people sure know how to make a name for themselves!

The Daily News reports that Jay-Z and R. Kelly are beefing while on the road as part of the 'Best of Both Worlds' tour. "Offstage, they're not even speaking," a well-placed source revealed. "It's become a huge problem." On the first night of the tour, Kelly was unnerved by the response Jay got from the audience in Chicago, Kelly's hometown. "Jay-Z destroyed R. Kelly onstage," a source revealed. Jay-Z and R. Kelly were recently on the Russ Parr Morning Show and squashed all rumors. Quote of the Month: "If you wouldn’t have had all that light in the first tape, you wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place!" Lazy Lamont (Russ Parr Show) in response to R. Kelly blaming the lighting guy for messing up his cues during his performance. Lazy slays me!

Music World/Bizz Updates/Ventures...The Buzz: The official announcement of Jay-Z taking over as President of Def Jam, will take place within the next week. Universal’s acquisition of the other half of Roc-A-Fella will follow shortly afterward. The Bizz: Nelly's St. Louis-based Tony David Management has been acquired by Sanctuary Urban Management. Sanctuary Urban Management is a division Matthew Knowles' Sanctuary Urban Records Group. Davis will now join Sanctuary's U.S. management team. Sanctuary recently brought in Mary J. Blige's MJB Management, and Philly-based firm Erving Wonder, which includes Angie Stone, Eve, Jadakiss and Floetry. Erving Wonder founders Troy Carter and J. Erving also joined Sanctuary's management team as executive VPs. What’s really going on? • Gabrielle Peluso has been named VP of Video Promotion for Def Jam.Peluso will oversee video airplay on MTV, BET, VH1, The Fuse and MTV2. • Kanye West has inked a deal with Sony to form, Getting Out Our Dreams (GOOD). As part of the agreement, West received a production deal with Sony. So does this mean no more Roc1/2 off specials? The Ventures:Roc-A-Fella Records has linked up with MLB.com to participate in a celebrity auction. N.O.R.E., Kanye, Dame Dash are donating their sports gear for charity.

Upcoming Projects/TV Shows/Flicks Etc...Shows: Ice Cube had linked up with David Cohen to produce Grandmaster Freak & the Furious 15, an animated adult series. The cartoon is about a high school hip-hop crew in '80s New Jersey. The show will air next fall on Fox. • David Alan Grier is joining the Fox family. The Davey Gee Show is one of many new shows in development at Fox. • Eddie Griffin is working on a Richard Pryor miniseries with Showtime. Clifton Powell will play Pryor's dad. Flicks: Sticky Fingaz and Tyrese will appear in the remake of the 1965 action flick Flight of the Phoenix on a desolate island near Africa. • LL Cool J and Queen Latifah will star in the remake of Last Holiday. • Jamie Foxx, Jake Gyllenhaal and Lucas Black will star in Jarhead. The flick is a coming-of-age tale about a platoon of U.S. Marines fighting in the first Gulf War. • Good Times the movie is in the works. Producers Rodney Omanoff and Graham Kaye won the rights beating out Wesley Snipes, Babyface and the Wayans family. • Jamie Foxx will play an undercover government agent forced to assassinate his crooked mentor in The Executioner's Game, based on an upcoming novel from Gary Hardwick.

Albums Etc...Game will drop The Documentary on Jan. 18th • Sean Paul, Kevin Lyttle and Rupee are among the artists featured on the soundtrack to After the Sunset, which dropped Oct. 26th. The reggae-inspired soundtrack will also feature classic tracks from Shaggy, Dawn Penn and Junior Murvin. Atlantic and New Line will donate 10% of the profits generated by the soundtrack to the Caribbean Tourism Organization Relief Fund. • Jennifer Lopez is working on two albums, a English-language LP and a Spanish-language one as well. Wait, can she even speak Spanish? The English album will be more funk-oriented, while the Spanish album is supposed to be more passionate-sounding. Why must our ears suffer back to back? • Mobb Deep, B-Real , Everlast, KRS-One, Alchemist, WC, Mack 10, Defari and Dilated Peoples have joined forces for " S.T.O.P. Quickies...Jamie Foxx received the Breakthrough Acting Award at the 8th Annual Hollywood Film Festival. • The Hip-Hop Summit Action Network will honor the community work of Mary J. Blige, Ludacris and the Ludacris Foundation, Anheuser-Busch Inc. and MTV's Choose or Lose Campaign at its 2nd Annual Action Awards benefit dinner. The event, to be held Oct. 28that the Lighthouse in NYC. • The "Chappelle's Show Season One: Uncensored" DVD is the biggest-selling TV show on DVD, surpassing "The Simpsons: The Complete First Season" with over two million units sold, according to Videoscan. "Chappelle's Show: Season Two Uncensored" will be released Feb. 8th.

Alley Chat...The Daily News reports that Usher’s 1920-theme 26th birthday party was a huge success. The party was hosted Naomi Campbell's NC Connect and Usher showed his gratitude by buying Naomi ring at Fred Leighton. The party was held at the Rainbow Room. Puffy, Jay-Z, Jermaine Dupri, Mariah Carey, Denzel Washington, Donald Trump and Melania Knauss, Steve Stoute and Penny Marshall. Is it me or does Melania always look twisted? What was Laverne doing there? There were Josephine Baker-style dancers with pasties on their chests and bananas on their hips keep the party going. Savion Glover tap-danced. Patti LaBelle sang "Happy Birthday." Lyor Cohen was disinvited at the last minute and some say it had something to do with co-host L.A. Reid. Co-host or not, it wasn’t L.A.’s party! But then again, L.A. has the rights to Usher for life! Making the shortest appearances was Tommy Mottola. • I was hearing some mild chatter but now I guess the small talk was right. T-Boz and Mack 10 are back together! They have been recently spotted out in public. All that yapping for nothing! I’m starting to think there is something in the Georgia water! • I noticed that Beyonce is more UP FRONT lately…Has anything on her RAISED your suspicions? • I hear that Lauryn Hill is expecting her 5th child. Her unstable *ss needs to get off her back, hit the studio, and start working for all these damn raga muffins she’s pissing out! • The Post reports that Puffy pleaded with Lil' Kim to abstain from plastic surgery in the late '90s, but Kim didn’t listen to his advice and turned herself into a pneumatic pinup anyway. "I'll never forget telling Puffy I was going to [get breast implants]," Kim told the Source in an upcoming issue. "He cursed me out. He was like, 'You buggin'!' He went to everybody in [my] family…And after I got everything done, he was like, 'Damn, you look good.' " She’s lying threw that floatable face for hers! Kim does blame two nose jobs on an ex-boyfriend who she said repeatedly abused her until she broke up with him last year. "I've had the black eye, bloody lips, busted nose. I came out of the hospital from getting my nose done and he broke my [bleep] again," she confessed. Excuses, excuses, but no real answers as to why! The experience hasn't turned her off men. Kim noted how much she enjoys sex, and said, "I know what boys want." Yeah and it’s not her! • What’s this I hear about Michael Jackson wanting to link up with The Source to go after Eminem? MJ and The Source working together is like Pee Wee Herman (throwing up gang signs) on the cover of XXL! It doesn’t sound or look right!
