Oh Really: The Daily News reports that Michael Jackson is two weeks away from foreclosure on $270 million in loans procured from the Bank of America. If he fails to come up with this mountain of dough by Dec. 20th, the story asserts, attributing a “business source,” Jackson could lose Neverland Ranch and his piece of Sony/ATV Music, as well as the Jackson family estate in Encino. Jackson is reportedly "isolated and intoxicated" on prescription pills in Bahrain. "It's a meltdown,” says the source. “Michael's life is on the line physically, and his finances are in ruins because he has listened to the wrong people." None of these “wrong people” are named. The source also claimed that "Janet thinks he needs 12 months of rehab [and] Randy wants to get Michael out of the clutches of handlers who don't have his best interests at heart." Jackson can get out of this mess by selling his stake in Sony/ATV, which is said to be worth in excess of $1 billion. Mike’s life hasn’t been right since he turned white!

Foxy Brown flipped out in the Signature Bank on Park Avenue the other day. Brown ran into trouble trying to collect $2,000 in cash, said a source: "She got abusive and started screaming. She cursed out a bank manager and humiliated this woman." Brown might have been testy because she's having trouble maintaining her lifestyle. Insiders say her business manager, Bert Padell, "has been picking up her bills. She's broke." Padell's office told Page Six,"There's no one here who can talk to you about Foxy Brown." But, she’s been broke her entire career! Meanwhile, talk of Foxy's supposed hearing loss is much exaggerated. After she fired lawyer Joseph Tacopina — who claimed she was "pretty much deaf" — Brown picked up the phone and spoke directly with attorney Salvatore Strazzullo. It seems that Brown had no trouble hearing him to set up an appointment.

The beef between Dame Dash and Steve Stoute continues. At Naomi Campbell's annual holiday bash at Cipriani, The DailyNews was told that Stoute turned tail and "ran out the door" as soon as he spotted Dash. Campbell, who was said to be upset that her two friends couldn't get along, nevertheless mingled with Sean Combs, Chris Tucker, Andre Harrell and Zac Posen. Dame really needs to grow the hell up!

In a statement released Lil' Flip offered prayers to the victims of a shooting that occurred outside his show in Minneapolis. "The club shooting that occurred in Minneapolis is unfortunate and sad," Flip wrote. "Even though it was not connected to me or my show in any way and happened outside the club where I was performing, it's cruel that some careless people and senseless actions can ruin a good and positive night, which is all I try to bring to my shows. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families, and I wish them all a speedy recovery."

Music World/Bizz Updates/Ventures: The Bizz: Rockwilder is set to take his talents to the online. His newly formed Rocbeats.com will serve as an outlet for up and coming artists to receive production advice and assistance from Rock. The whole idea of the site is to provide new artists and indie labels the opportunity to get production from a professional and creditable source at affordable prices. By creating an easily accessible way for new artist to get production from someone who has worked with the biggest names in music, Rock has ventured into uncharted territory and as he says “it’s time to give back.” • XM Satellite named Snoop executive producer of The Rhyme. "I will play music that people have never heard and music that they haven't heard in a long time," Snoop vowed. The Buzz: Since the Gotti brothers beat the money-laundering rap, they could renew their business with Lyor Cohen at WMG. Chris Lorenzo told Tim Arango (Post) that UMG wasn’t renewing its arrangement with The Inc. "We're free finally," he said. "We have a lot of options, and we'll figure it out after the new year." Arango also reported on the brothers’ actions immediately following the not guilty verdict: Irv went to a Queens church with a 60-year-old female juror (WTF?), while Chris headed to Vegas, where he promptly won $50,000 playing craps at the Bellagio. • The Daily News reports that even though David Mays and Ray Benzino denied that The Source was is in financial trouble, they have vacated their NY offices. Word is Mays and Benzino have asked staffers to work from home until they find a new space. Now that’s some bootleg sh*t! The Ventures: Daddy Yankee linked a sneaker deal with Reebok. "I'm truly honored to be able to share my uniqueness and creativity with the rest of the world through my deal with Reebok," said Yankee.

Upcoming Projects/Shows/Movies Etc. Shows: Romeo has signed on for the second season of Dancing with the Stars. Damn this kid will do anything for a paycheck! And who said he was a star? Mariah Carey, John Legend and Kanye West have all been nominated for eight Grammys. Stevie Wonder, 50 Cent and Beyonce each had six nominations. The Grammys will air live from LA on CBS Feb. 8th. Etc: Juelz Santana will perform at a benefit concert and toy drive for victims of Hurricane Katrina on Dec. 17th at the Skate Key in the Bronx. Sizzla and newbie Deemi are also on the bill.

CoupleNews/Blues: Eminem told a Detroit radio show that he has reconciled with ex-wife Kim Mathers and that the twosome "are probably going to remarry." The couple divorced in 2001. What the? Kevin Frazier (Entertainment Tonight) proposed to his girlfriend of several years, public defender Yasmin Cader. Frazier presented Cader with a yellow diamond ring surrounded by two more white diamonds. That dude has some big *ss teeth! I wonder how many times he’s accidentally bit her?

Alley Chat: Jay-Z was spotted at Nobu 57 with Mathew Knowles. • Jermaine Dupri raised eyebrows by having Imperia Vodka sponsor his Billboard Music Awards party in Vegas, since he's a partner in the 3 Vodka brand.  "It's bizarre for him to align himself with another brand, because he's always promoting 3 Vodka, and it's even on his Web site," an insider told The Daily News. 3 Vodka's managing partner, Brian Berish, didn't sound too upset about the situation. "We can't sponsor every event," he said. • Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston and their kids are all recording albums of their own, according to Bobby, who simply described his effort as taking it back to the top. "My sound is Bobby Brown, I don't change for nobody." in my best Whitney impression Aw, hell to the naw!
