Law & Disorder...Ray Charles Robinson, the 45-year-old son of Ray Charles, was arrested for alleged cocaine possession at a LA hotel. Robinson was released after posting $10,000 bail. Um, is this the son that’s a minister? • An attorney for Bill Cosby dismissed allegations made by Tamara Green who told the Philadelphia Daily News that Cosby drugged and fondled her over 30 years ago. Green alleges Cosby attacked her 30 years ago - and said she's speaking out now because she fears prosecutors will dismiss a new claim by Andrea Constand that Cosby drugged and molested her in January 2004. "He did exactly the same thing to me," Green said. "Do I want everybody to know that he had his dirty paws all over me? No, but I don't think it's right that they're going to disregard this woman and her allegations." Screw the rub downs, what’s with the pills mane? • Snoop denied rape allegations against him on Larry King Live. Snoop said he's "innocent" of sexually assaulting and claims she's simply after his money. "I've never been inclined to do rape," Snoop told King. What the h*ll was Snoop doing on Larry King?

Oh Really...Will Smith and Jada Pinkett marriage is such a party, they give each other the OK to step out (i.e. smashing random *ss, at-will), but there is one condition: There can be no side-action by either party without prior permission. In an interview with The NY Post, Will said, "Our perspective is, you don't avoid what's natural. You're going to be attracted to people. In our marriage vows, we didn't say, 'forsaking all others'. The vow that we made was that you will never hear that I did something after the fact. If it came down to it, then one spouse can say to the other, 'Look, I need to have sex with somebody. I'm not going to if you don't approve of it…but please approve of it." Will and Jada work harder than most couples to stay together. Will says, "I spend hours reading, studying. And my wife and I talk about things that work…and don't work. I don't let a day go past that Jada doesn't feel like the queen of the world. I make sure every single day that she knows how I feel about her." This explains a whole damn lot…Swangin’ *ss Freak-a-leaks!

Reno Rankin and Andrew Rowe of On Point Productions (Houston’s former managers) say that Houston is a diagnosed schizophrenic who gouged out his own eye due to not getting sufficient treatment. MTV.com reports that conflicting stories are emerging about what really went down with Houston: His bodyguard says Houston, a devout Christian, injured himself as a response to “sins and devils” in the music business and “showed no pain and had no remorse” after doing it. Houston’s sister, Billie Summers, however, says the mutilation was an accident and that her brother could not possibly have tried to harm himself: "Houston is a Christian and he does know that if he attempted anything like that he'd be doomed," she says, blaming Rankin and Rowe for “slandering” his name. But his former managers say Houston was hospitalized in September, diagnosed and put on a treatment plan that included medication. He was later allegedly cleared by his doctors to work half-time. "Houston has a sickness," Rowe told MTV.com. "There's nothing to hide. He needs to be treated so he doesn't harm himself worse than he did, or someone else." Man, listen, get that cat the proper help – the dispute can wait!

Master P released a statement regarding his arrest in LA for felony gun possession. "If the cops stopped panicking for one minute, they would've realized that the guns were registered, and that is legal in America," P said. "What did they expect me to be carrying? A can of Mace?...It's a different way of life for a person of color with money than it is for others with money." P has fallin’ off to the point where I wouldn’t be surprised if he set this whole thing up!

According to popbitch.com, when BBC Radio 1Xtra arranged a special day of programming to celebrate Dr. Dre's 40th birthday on Feb. 18th. Dre wasn't happy about it and station bosses sent out the following e-mail to their hosts: "Aftermath Records in the States are VERY unhappy with us drawing attention to the fact that Dr.Dre is going to be 40 years old - so tone down the mentions of him turning 40. Just say it's his birthday so we're going to celebrate with Dre Day." blows whistle Penalty! This cat is 40 & still jackin’ beats? I’m ashamed for him!

Music World/Bizz Updates/Ventures...The Bizz: Puffy has reportedly inked a deal with Warner Music Group, for at least $30 million, for half of Bad Boy, the Daily News reports. WMG honcho Lyor Cohen has been applying pressure to get the deal done. "There was no way Lyor would let that go," a source said. "Lyor is relentless." Um, is Bad Boy even worth $30 mill? If so, how? The Buzz: Voletta Wallace, Biggie’s mother, is continuing to develop Brooklyn Mint, B.I.G.’s clothing line, with the launch of a new line of tees on Mar. 9th and a full line to follow in 2006. B.I.G.’s managers Mark Pitts and Wayne Barrow are assisting with the line.

ChattaBoz...There are reports that an associate of Whitney Houston's late dad is writing a tell-all book about Houston, to be published in a few months. "The Rise and Fall of Daddy's Little Girl - The Whitney Houston Story" would give Kevin Skinner's firsthand account of run-ins with the Houston and Bobby Brown, including, he claims, "the drugs, the affairs, the lies." Skinner's rep says that the book will be "shocking." Hmm, this should be real interesting! • Word has it that La La and Carmelo aren’t as happy as they seem. I hear La La recently got wind of a trip Melo took to the Virgin Islands with a shorty (before La La entered the picture). There is word of a 3-way call went down, with La La, Melo, and the unnamed bun. Long story short, La La is said to beefing to the point of not wearing her engagement bling in public. What kinda 5th grade games is La La playing? She’s not even that hot, so she can easily be dropped!
