Holland is being held on $2 million bail. Prosecutors allege that Holland shot Christopher Baily at a party (Sept. 2004) as the two struggled for a gun during a fight. Holland was initially taken into custody, but was released when prosecutors said they didn't have enough evidence to press charges. Oh Really...Bill Cosby issued an apology to the 31-year-old woman who accused him of drugging and sexually molesting her last year. "Looking back on it, I realize that words and actions can be misinterpreted by another person, and unless you're a supreme being, you can't predict what another individual will do," Cosby told the National Enquirer. "But that's all behind me now, and I'm looking only toward a bright future." He also tells the weekly, "I'm not saying that what I did was wrong, but I apologize to my loving wife, who has stood by my side for all these years, for any pain I have caused her. These allegations have caused my family great emotional stress." Cosby also used the interview to blast lawyer Tamara Green, who came forward to support his accuser and claimed he tried to assault her 30 years ago. "She is a wrecking ball," Cosby said of Green. Damn, he went to the Enquirer instead of Oprah?

AlleyChat...Well, I got an email/statement issued by Zxulu, the DJ from WKYS (DC), that got the shake down by The Game and his crew. This statement is in response to a bombshell that was thrown out there by The Game and/or his peoples. This is Zxulu’s response: In 1991, I was 21 years old and there was a female that was 14. I didn't know how old she was. Even though we didn't have sex her mother pressed charges. It was all over the radio in Philly. The state of NJ where this happen at gave me a choice plea to lesser charge of sexual contact or face 15 years in prison. I did what any young black dude would've done I cop to the lesser charge and move on with my life. In 1994, they passed a law saying anyone with a sexual charge must register under Megan Law. I didn't know that in 2004 there would be internet let alone a site with my picture on it (Yes, his picture and address is out there). I am only guilty of a bad decision!!! I am not a child molester I have children of my own 4 to be exact and have been married for 10 years. This information was leaked out by the artist "Game" as a retaliation for me suing them and Interscope Records for assaulting me 2 weeks ago in the WKYS studios. I know this is a lot to swallow but like I said I have moved on from this incident 14 years ago and they are trying to bring it up as a smoke screen. If you need to know more please feel free to send your number and I will talk to you personally! Thank you for you support – Zxulu That’s real fucked up! • Kimora Lee Simmons has a warning for women who try to step to Russell Simmons. "I will beat a bitch's ass." Kimora told Vanity Fair. "I don't play that disrespectful ho sh**. I have very little respect for those kinds of women. And if I catch you with my man, disrespecting, I will beat your ass." Oh, she caught 1 drug charge and now she’s gangsta? The f*ck outta here! •There are unconfirmed reports that Mary J. Blige has left Sanctuary Management. • Kevin Reed, a member of The Game’s crew, was shot in the *ss at Hot 97, while 50 was on air pushing album. 50 also announced that he was dropping The Game from G-Unit for being disloyal. Sounds like a great marketing plan! • Word outta LA is that the Steve Harvey’s radio show is coming to end. Details are sketchy as to who will replace Harvey's time slot.
